Turning 2D into 3D
Tinkershrimp & Dutch, running back in time to stop the crime and protect King Hunnybun III from Michael the Fowl. A cartoon created by Ralph Creative, these collectable figurines were made to celebrate the launch of the show on Nickelodeon.
Translating 2D cartoon drawings into 3D models is challenging! These figurines were modelled in Blender and then 3D printed on a desktop FDM printer in ABS. After lots of cleaning, spraying, refining, painting and assembling, I managed to bring these 2D characters into the 3D world.
